The best course I had during my MBA program was "Negotiations". You negotiate for everything from the price of a house, to employee wages, to grades, to the valuation and terms for a round of financing. I've boiled this 14 week course down into a 3 hour workshop, and added several hands-on investment negotiations for my class.

SIFE Ryerson Wins Regional Entrepreneurship Challenge!

SIFE Ryerson won the TD SIFE Entrepreneurship Challenge Regional Round of Competition and took 3rd place in the HSBC SIFE Financial Education Challenge Regional Round of Competition! 16 Universities from Ontario and Quebec competed in the ACE 2008 Central Regional Exposition on March 13-14.

I gave a lecture/workshop yesterday, March 8, 2008 during the blizzard on "Career and Life Management". Around half of the 50+ registered made it out through the 30cm of snow into Ryerson to participate in the Visions of Science Visionary Leadership: Conference on Personal & Professional Development.
