Announcing the 2nd Annual Golden Bunny Entrepreneurship Award

The Prestigious Golden Bunny Award is highly coveted by Entrepreneurship Majors! This award is presented by Dr. Gedeon to the student team who creates and delivers the largest amount of new value creation to their site company in an ENT 830 class.

The first annual Golden Bunny was awarded to the Airport Railings team for creating over $1,000,000 per year in estimated new sales revenues even though the company had already maximized plant capacity. They sourced a new partner for glass stairs and fixtures, negotiated a long-term partnership agreement, created and staffed a trade show booth, collected customer information, followed up, and closed sales.

After the ceremonial gifting of the award during the final presentation day in ENT830, the 2007 team performed the ceremonial "smashing of the bunny" in order to distribute the single prize among the 6 team members.

"I think white chocolate is an affront to god and nature." sniffed one team member.

"You gonna eat that?" another was overhead to say...
