Selecting a great team can be one of the most difficult things to do, because of the limited time that you have and the lack of knowledge you have about those in your class. But never-the-less take this task very seriously. I was lucky, I had a great team! But for others they may have not been so fortunate.

When selecting a company, it is very important that you select a company that you have an interest in.

You will be working with this company for several months, and analysing several aspects of it (internal and external). So if you are not interested in what they do, then this may be a grueling process, so dont put yourself through that.

If you are interested in the organization, then you will be passionate and motivated to develope high quality tangibles, and therefore doing very well in the course!
